Pietro Secchi, also known as Ephyum, was born in Venice in 1990 and begun his Drum & Bass journey in his early adolescence. Over the years he defines his style as “focused mostly on neurofunk D&B, characterised by syncopated drums, powerful bass lines and dark and mystical atmospheres.” These elements combined make his sound unique, well designed and defined.
Featured in 2018 on the Bad Taste 'Chill Out Zone' with his track 'Implosion', also in January 2019 collaborating with Transforma to bring you 'Ritual of Passage' on the 'Groove Machine EP', and with releases for labels such as Delta9 Recordings, Sinuos Records, Citrus Recordings, and Cause4Concern, Ephyum is currently one of the most exciting forthcoming artists of the European Drum & Bass scene. We welcome him back to BadTaste with his masterpiece 'Sabba EP'.
